The Building Holidays observed each year are listed below in order to aid your planning operations during the year:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Day
- President’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
During building holidays, the HVAC and all other building services may not be available except at tenants’ prior request and expense.
